The integration of WILKENS into Gebr. Kühn is progressing.

First joint trade fair appearance a complete success

The WILKENS brand has been part of our brand family since May 2024 and a lot has happened during this time: the move took place over several weeks with a total of 12 lorries transporting numerous silver, silver-plated and stainless steel items as well as packaging, machines and tools from the north to the south.

The move is done, the boxes are unpacked, the machines are ready and now the first joint trade fair appearance of the SONJA QUANDT and WILKENS brands took place at Maison&Objet.

With our stand, which staged a summery feast, we once again created a special trade fair experience this year, which was intended to convey pure joie de vivre with the individual presentation of our pieces. SONJA QUANDT's baby and children's items also found a special place at the table. The inviting overall scenery was enriched by the skilfully presented addition to the brand world.

Looking for a fork in a haystack?

The integration of the new WILKENS brand in the form of a white Ape was a real eye-catcher on our stand. This unexpected vehicle at the elegant trade fair attracted many visitors to the stand and was a popular photo motif. The charming display of cutlery consisting of well-known design classics or unusual pieces placed in the hay fitted in wonderfully with the summer scenery.

This led to many conversations in which we were able to present the diversity of our brand worlds, which we are constantly expanding and adding unique pieces to. The trade fair was therefore the starting signal for the coming period and the numerous opportunities that arise from our brand portfolio.
