WILKENS 18/10 stainless steel

A material that can be experienced with all senses.

Stainless steel - Excellent 18/10 quality for modern WILKENS cutlery with a brilliant shine

Since 1962, Wilkens & Söhne have also been using high-quality 18/10 stainless steel for the production of first-class cutlery. The alloy consists of 18% chromium, 10% nickel and 72% iron and impresses with its particularly brilliant shine, durability, longevity and extremely practical ease of care.

Since stainless steel is a particularly brittle and hard material, it is particularly suitable for a modern design with straight, puristic lines and is used in the WILKENS silver manufactory for the production of the modern-puristic WILKENS Design Collection, for example in the award-winning Palladio cutlery pattern.

18/10 stainless steel contains nickel as well as chrome.

The chromium content is 18 percent and the nickel content 10 percent, hence the name "eighteen". 18/10 stainless steel is currently the best dishwasher-safe cutlery steel - it is robust and rustproof.

At WILKENS, 18/10 stainless steel stands for straight, clear cutlery designs with high functional standards. WILKENS cutlery is therefore an investment that brings joy every day.
